Delivery and payment
All prices in the shop are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
1. Order preparation
We pack orders within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you and suggest a solution: waiting, a substitute or cancelling part of the order. We'll let you know by email when your parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Parcel locker deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 working days of being handed to the carrier. Collection from our registered address, Rūpnieku iela 4, Ogre, LV-5001, is free of charge and available by prior arrangement only. Please wait for confirmation of the collection time.

Parcels sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country, which are paid by the buyer. Some products (such as liquids or food) may be subject to international shipping restrictions.
4. Payment methods
- Bank transfer. We'll email you an invoice. Your order will be prepared once payment has been received.
- Online banking or card (Paysera). Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor and payment cards. Your order is confirmed as soon as payment is made.

5. Checking your parcel
When you receive your parcel, check that the packaging is intact. If it is damaged, please record this together with the carrier and let us know straight away at info@madeinlv.lv. For returns, see the right of withdrawal page.
