FAQ
Before you apply
- How are prices and our commission set?
- We agree the terms individually, taking into account the product group, volumes and packaging. We send the specific terms after an initial conversation.
- How large does my range need to be?
- There's no minimum number of products. What matters more is that the products are made in Latvia, clearly described and reliably available.
- Who provides the photos and descriptions?
- We expect the materials from the maker: photos of at least 1500×1500 px without watermarks and a description in Latvian. If needed, we'll help adapt the texts to the shop's format.
- How do products reach the customer?
- We handle order processing and delivery. How products are handed over to us — held in stock or supplied per order — is agreed at the start of the partnership.
- Is there a contract?
- Yes. Before the first batch of products, we sign a partnership agreement on mutually agreed terms.
